"We are delighted to be your hosts for this exquisite meal you are going to enjoy. Every day, we work hard to earn your praise and please you. We appreciate you picking us to serve your meal, and we'll do everything we can to make your visit special. After more than a year of market research across South India and tasting a variety of cuisines with the goal of serving our community, we finally unveiled our much- anticipated brand, "Food Nation." Our opening on Dec 28th 2017 was eagerly anticipated by our community because we worked closely with them throughout the entire project, from area research to brand name selection to cuisine addition, etc. Beginning with only continental and dessert cuisines, we gradually expanded to meet client demand by listening to their feedback. On February 24th, 2019, we added North Indian, Biryani, and Tandoori cuisines to our menu, and ever since, our customers have supported us and helped us become who we are today. Even during the COVID-19 emergency, our customers helped us and supported us through the difficult times. And we came out of that time even stronger and with our customers' adoration. To serve a single plate of food to a customer, 40-60 members of our team and vendors must work together. They can only deliver a product if they are in agreement. Here, we would like to express our gratitude to the employees and vendors who work so hard to satisfy our consumers and put a smile on their faces. We are in this position in the industry not because we have an intention to make money but because of our unwavering drive to provide the highest-quality, hygienic cuisine most for our customers. We constantly strive to reinvent and improve ourselves, and we make a commitment to improving every part of who we are: hygiene, quality, quantity, price, etc.Your opinion is just as important to us as it was when our restaurant first opened.
